Eli Larriva has been providing quality Strategic Finance, Process Improvement, and Business Coaching services to businesses for over 10 years.

He comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and business owners with his father and grandfather both establishing successful businesses in the construction industry.  In 2002 Eli worked closely with the management team of a niche entertainment company to acquire international distribution contracts, hire and manage additional staff, improve processes and increase production by 300% in the space of two years. In 2004 he founded ECL Consulting, which eventually merged with Bellows Consulting to become Strategy1.
