It all starts with attitude. When faced with a situation, your attitude will prompt you to act or behave a certain way. Your attitude will determine the results. Attitudes and Results are directly related, just as Cause and Effect. To ensure improved results, you begin by developing more positive thoughts and attitudes. Attitudes are essentially habits of thought, and as such, they can be modified and improved like any other habit. Regardless of past conditioning and current environments, you and your organization can overcome negative attitudes and poor habits.
