Michele Meza has over 10 years of diversified experience in the areas of training and development, leadership training and coaching, strategic development of successful teams, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and compliance, and operational expertise. She has been successful at developing hiring and training processes for start-up companies as well as major corporations.
Michele's expertise includes:
- Training and leadership/team development - staffing, performance management, and maximizing relationships through motivation, process and task delegation, managing inclusion, and implementing team building exercises to build better companies through better leadership
- Establishing Performance Management Standards - creating and implementing effective best practices and performance management tools to increase team productivity and effective leadership performance consistently
- Leadership Training and development - coaching and training current and new leaders to be effective long-term leaders and training the trainers of the organization for maximized growth potential and overall company vision.
Michele has a passion for training and developing leaders through organizational leadership. She comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs with her father running a successful transportation company. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship with emphasis in marketing and accounting from Bacone College, and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
In addition to her professional accomplishments as a leader in the business field, Michele has always been involved in the community through volunteer work and speaking at elementary schools and secondary education. Michele appreciates diversity and experiencing various cultures in her free time. She lives in Tucson with her husband, Luis, and three daughters.
