Pat Taviss is an organizational development consultant, dynamic speaker and master trainer, with extensive experience in developing innovative corporate cultures and facilitating large scale change by engaging in conversations that matter. Her mission is to promote an environment that helps entrepreneurs and their employees realize their full potential and function with integrity and mutual respect. During the past 30 years she has provided quality training and consulting programs to Fortune 100 companies, health care concerns, insurance agencies, law firms, manufacturing, high-tech start-ups, non-profits, and government agencies.

Regardless of the venue, it is a deep understanding of human dynamics and optimistic possibilities that underscores her work with change initiatives, culture transformation, and organizational transitions. Whether it is a keynote address, interactive workshop, or strategic retreat, her programs will inform, entertain and engage the audience.

Since moving to Arizona in 2006, Pat has been involved in local civic and community organizations. She has served on the Marana Business and Economic Commission, the Pima County Small Business Commission, and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) board. A graduate of Greater Tucson Leadership, she is also the co-founder of Wise Witty Women and an advocate for Literacy Connects.

Pat received her Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) in English and Psychology, with an emphasis in Drama, from Glendon College, York University; a Masters of Library Science (MLS) from the University of Western Ontario; and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) from the University of Phoenix. A certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) practitioner, Pat is an ENFJ.
