As President and Co-Founder, John leads the Strategy1 team in driving Strategic Alignment of People, Plans, and Processes for clients. Throughout his career, he has fulfilled objectives for strategic change to improve company operations and profitability.  He is successful in technology start-ups as well as major corporations.

John brings a broad range of diversified industry experience in building business critical computing applications for telecommunications and financial institutions as well as for business continuity solutions.  He has been successful in assignments as varied as solar energy, speech technology, voice processing systems, and instrumentation.

In these roles, John has spearheaded projects introducing innovative technology based products and solutions to an array of international enterprises.  He applies this worldwide perspective to his knowledge of market direction and needs.   He holds a BA (Economics) and MBA (Marketing) from Stanford University. John is the Chair of Optics Valley, a committee of the Arizona Technology Council and serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Southern Arizona.
